Returns Policy

At LuxSpas we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please notify LuxSpas within 90-days of the shipping date and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).You can do this by filling out our RMA request form.

No returns will be accepted if the RMA request form has not been completed. Items returned without an RMA may be refused and returned to you at your expense, or accepted and assessed a 25% restocking fee.

All returned items must be 100 percent complete, in new condition and contain ALL original boxes and packing materials.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless we ship you the wrong item.

If you did not purchase directly from LuxSpas, do not return products directly to the manufacturer unless we tell you to do so. Your payment was made to a distributor of LuxSpas, so the manufacturer cannot refund your money unless the return is coordinated through the distributor who sold you the unit.

LuxSpas will coordinate the return shipment though our freight company.

You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.

You are responsible for a 5% transaction fee on cancellations.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or damage caused during shipment.
